What People Are Saying:

Helping Coaches Coach is impacting the culture of campuses all across Texas and the United States. Staff and teams are being unified, but moreover, marriages are being revived and refreshed with new revelation. New ideas and strategies for living are relieving the pressures of life to become more effective on the field as well as off the field. Check out these testimonies:

“I feel like our coaching staff got closer on this trip. We don’t talk about these things in the coach’s office. But, here, we can. You look at the guy next to you different when you know he is going through the same things you are. I also realized my wife REALLY wanted to me to change our marriage when she (anonymously) wrote it on a little notecard and let G.F. Watkins read it to a room full of strangers. You “hear” your wife say things, but when she will say it to a stranger and in front of your fellow coaches and their wives, it hits your heart.”

“What an awesome retreat. In a time where our world is falling apart due to lack of leaders, hence “fatherlessness,” it is great to find a group of people that have rolled up their sleeves and have faced the fight. The HCC crew has come together as a team in efforts to strengthen our high school coaches and develop a network for us to rely upon in the areas where we become deficient due to both our workload and our lack of knowledge. I know that HCC will be successful because of the servanthood that is overrunning here at Jordan Ranch. I tell our student athletes, “If you don’t serve, you cannot lead.” God bless Jordan Ranch, FCA, and WinShape Foundation for attacking the obstacle instead of complaining about the problem.”
